The basic sense of operate lease is usage of the leasing object WITHOUT acquiring ownership, returning the used leasing object and taking a new one, but with LOWER monthly installments due to previously limited mileage/usage. Monthly payments enter expenditure, and value added tax enters tax. Leasing object is written off in VB Leasing books. Contract does not forsee purchase. It is intended for private and corporate sector, especially those subjects who (in the added value tax sistem - PDV) have the right on tax rebate.
