Founded in 1994, VB-Leasing International today is a 50% subsidiary of Österreichische Volksbanken-AG and of VR-Leasing AG, Germany. Through the gradual creation of a strong network in 8 Central and Eastern European states, VB Leasing has become one of the most successful providers of leasing services in the CEE region.

VB Leasing is currently present in the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovakia, Serbia and Romania and has held an interest in Hungarian market leader Lombard Lizing since January 2009.
